How to Enroll in BDO Online Banking

Some issues of illegal withdrawal in some banks including BDO are now all over the news and social media.

That’s why I decided to enroll my BDO account in their online banking so that I will be able to monitor my account even I’m just at home or report any suspicious transaction right away.

What are the transactions I can do in BDO Online Banking

The good news is, aside from checking your account balance online, with BDO Online Banking, you can also do the following:

  • Access your accounts 24/7
  • Check your account balances and transactions for the past 3 months
  • Transfer money (Fund Transfer) to any enrolled BDO Account
  • Pay your Bills
  • Buy a load for SMART, Talk ‘N Text, Globe, Touch Mobile™, and SUN prepaid mobile phones
  • Reload BDO Cash Cards
  • Order more checkbooks
  • Perform stop payment on issued checks
  • Send money (Wire Transfer) to local and international banks through telegraphic transfer
How to Enroll in BDO Online Banking
  • Go to https://www.bdo.com.ph
  • Click Enroll Now
  • Fill-out the Online Enrollment Form, put a check on the box of Internet Banking. Once done, click submit
  1. Select Deposit Account
  2. Select within the Philippines or Outside the Philippines
  3. Enter your BDO ATM Card number and your BDO Account Number
  4. Create your username and password –take note of this as you’ll use this to access your account
  5. Enter your active mobile phone number.
  6. Input or create your challenge question.
  7. Before hitting Submit, double check all the information you’ve entered if they are correct.
  • Take note of your Activation Code, it will be sent to you via SMS and email. You will use the activation code to activate your Internet Banking using your BDO ATM Card.
  • Activate your account at any BDO ATM within 45 days

After you enroll your BDO Account, the next step is to activate it in any BDO ATM.

How to Activate BDO Online Banking in BDO ATM
  1. Go to any BDO ATM
  2. Press “Other Services” button
  3. Select “Activate Electronic Banking”
  4. Enter ATM Activation Code then press “Confirm” button
  5. Enter your PIN
  6. Get transaction receipt.
